Terms and Conditions

• Cancellations:
  
  • Bookings must be cancelled 7 days in advance of your arrival date.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Please note that once a reservation has been made any changes (such as a reduction of days or changes of dates or change of room type) is deemed a cancellation of the original reservataion and as such the deposit is forfeited - the application of it to the altered booking is entirely at our discretion. Changes such as additional days are not deemed cancellations and therefore if the accommodation is avialable the deposit is carried forward.
  • In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged. If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation you are advised to take out Travel Insurence.
• A deposit by Credit, Debit or Charge Crad is normally required. Cheques can also be accepted.
• Bookings must be guaranteed by Credit, Debit or Charge Card.
• Special rates full balance payable in advance.
• Standard Check-in is from 3pm and no later than 8pm. For pre-advised and unavoidabvle arrivals after 8pm - arrangements can be put in place. For arrivals before 3pm luggage can be stored.
• Check-out Monday to Friday is by 11.00am and Saturday and Sunday by 10.30am; an extended checkout may be available by arrangement.
• Cramond Mill is a no smoking house - we must insist in all bedrooms and all public areas guests refrain from smoking. Thank you!
